Bruce wont be happy with yesterday performance by them, expect them to be more tighter in defence...as people have said on here, just 1 defeat at home for them.. be happy to carry on the undefeated run...but over the moon if we get a win

we usually do well here,but oddly last 2 defeats here over the years have been 3-2 and with Perez scoring in both,thankfully hes got no chance of that tomorrow lol,strange again our last 2 wins here have been both 1-0 [we have won 4 from 6 there],sticking to 1-1 myself

Be a tough game this but hopefully Carlo has studied them and come up with a plan of how to get the 3 points.

Would be boss to move a bit further up the table. Would pretty much turn the season around and with a better run of games to come (after City) over the next couple of months.

From what Don Carlo said expect a few changes potentially Walcott, Davies and maybe Baines, Digne doesn't look 100%.

Completely and utterly agree with this.

Play our best 11 available v Newcastle - the team that started v Burnley if possible. Get the 3 points and rest 5 or 6 ( Digne , Sidibe , Mina , DCL , Richarlison ) v City - a game we have very little chance in anyway and go full blast v RS in the cup.

Agree in theory but 48hour turn around means you have to make a few changes.

expect a terrible game 0-0 or a scrappy 1-0 for either side both teams will just be too tired. Hopefully we can put some fresh legs on but with our injuries I doubt it
