I like Dunc but I think that is why he should not get the job there

You will quickly lose a team with chugging players off when they have done nothing wrong.

Dunc should be on the management team but not the manager.

a 19 year old player deserves some room to learn and not publicly shame like this. You don’t ruin the confidence and relationship in such a public way.
