That is the fundamental problem.

The board throw money into the pitch yet look at Southampton, Wigan , Watford for a manager.

I've said it many times but there is thousands of football managers in the world. How a board can come up with unambitious targets is harking back to the days of kenwright.

In a board room of Russian , Dutch , Iranian origin, it's the English bloke appointing moyes.
