I’m one of the unfortunate going. Never been to derby at Anfield. Are the pubs around Goodison full of blues before the game/is that best area to have a drink before going to the game? Need to get myself in a state that I don’t remember the pending battering

County Road is usually lively, definitely head there. As for being in Anfield, I´ve been a few times and hated it but that´s more reflective of the performances I´ve seen us put in there. No worse feeling than watching them rip us apart with a gang of day trippers gloating.
