Should have gone with him before appointing Koeman. Not sure he'd leave Dortmund now? Similarly should have gone with Ralf Rangnick before appointing Martinez and we should have binned off Silva last season and gone with Nagelsmann. There's been no shortage of good managers that we've missed out appointing because we've been obsessed with average Premier League managers.
