Reporting three million now. In the circumstances, not bad.

Pienaar is going to leave tomorrow though, just before the derby. ****house.

'Sleep well and don't have nightmares.' About as useless here as the program it was said on. Obviously didn't want a Big Vic type situation- but your right he's a shyster of the highest order for this.

I dont have a problem with him working down his contract etc but the little rat has been playing a cute game in the media with his agent and stuff. I know we offered him a really decent contract, if he doesn't want to play for us then do one. Try and break into that Spurs team you beaut.

We said this at the West ham game. He's ok demanding high wages but he was one on one with the defender and sh it out of it. Do we really expect anything else from these big time Charlies. Like you said let's see him try and break into the spurs squad.

is this the saga so far then ?

pienaar talked to spurs about joining them at the end of the season and agreed on a 70k a week contract in principle.

then chelsea became interested .
so spurs bid 1.5 -2 million to sign pienaar now , everton declined the offer.
chelsea have then bid 2-3 million and it was accepted.
chelsea spoke to pienaar , but the deal collapsed becouse they didnt want to meet pienaars 70k a week wage demands.
so as it stands now , pienaar will be joining spurs at the end of the season still.( unless they up there transfer bid or another club comes in with 3 million and 70k wages.)

We have had better results when he's been missing anyway this season.

Sod him, thats what I say.

Hes pretty good but nowhere near as good or as important as some of the reactions to him leaving suggest.

You're so right though Chico- should have seen this coming when he initially wanted top dollar circa 45k coming on loan Summer 2007. Know he eventully backed down and accepted mid 30's but high opinion of himself is not the word- wanted to be top dog as a failed Bundesliga misfit (doubt any of our flock were on over 45k 4 years ago looking at the wage bill that year- so the jigsaw of that, only wanting the 3 year deal and the agent carp on here, which I'm sorry I missed- all add up to a mercenary of undefined terms- as you say run down your contract fine-plenty of peeps in the game do it, but the Arthur Daley wideboy tactics shows him up big time- his agent and arry in a room- those paper bags are gonna get mixed up faster than his twitch.

UEFA's got the EU commission on their backs.

http://www.euractiv.com/en/sports/eu-urges-financial-fairplay-football/article-185583

The Commission's 2007 White Paper on Sport and Action Plan underlined that robust licensing systems for professional clubs "promote good governance in sport" and that more efforts should be focused on their implementation and gradual reinforcement.

BASICALLY (for Fozzy)

This means the EU commission's given UEFA the opportunity - TO SELF REGULATE.

If they don't the EU commission will take them to court to get them to enforce POLICY.

FACT.

And in answer to Bryan. We'll have a return to SKILL being the premium and developing youth yes.

And Everton are in a good position to do this - thanks to FINCH FARM and Moyes.

FINCH FARM is state of the art and one of the best facilities in Europe.

*Waits for more potential moves to break down before he realizes what was on the table here actually wasn't so bad.

Who read the story out? the girl with the boobs or the fella beside the girl with the boobs? I'm guessing the Sky lady with the boobs mixed us up the Robbie Keane story to Birmingham, whilst staring down at her own boobs (or that fella got distracted by same boobs and mixed us up the Robbie Keane story to Birmingham (fee of 6m). It's hard enough to read that ticker-take thing running under your face without the added distraction of clevage (your own or someone elses). Either way it's Keane for 6m
to Boobingham.

Boobtastic, I love boobs!

You're on lad.

You've a lot to learn. Because you're clueless. Completely clueless.
