They wouldn't need to have a meeting with Moshiri and the directors straight after the match just to decide that Silva that has got a bit more time. They could do that without a meeting. It would more than likely to have been to decide that he has to go and put whatever plan they have got into action if they have even got one which it wouldn't surprise me if they haven't.

He will hopefully be gone before the weekend is over and probably tomorrow but who knows with this badly ran club meh.

While i do want Silva gone.I under no circumstances want David Moyes back at this club.Moyes did a very good job for us.But the man is a dinosaur, and is not the guy to take us to where we want to go.There is a lot of talented managers out there, across the main european leagues.I think the best course of action, is to let Marcel Brands look after the upcoming managerial search.

Agree fully.

Pochettino is out of work along with other high profile names.

What about Jindřich Trpišovský at Slavia Prague. He has them playing really well and looks a progressive coach.

Doesn't have to be Moyes, and really should not be if Brands is doing his job properly.

I'd be shocked of it isn't Moyes

Do you think this board are capable of pulling a top drawer manager?

Me neither so they'll go with the tried and trusted man who will get the job done (as in mid table)

Only way things will change is if the fans stay away.

Scare the hell out of the board just as they are about to build a new 52k ground the attendances start to drop.

The only way things will change at this club outside of Usmanov coming on board and booting Kenwright down the road.

He had his time with us.Do we really want another 10 years worth, of 7th place and bottling the big games?

Never really bottled them, just didn’t have the players good enough to win. Our main goal threat under Moyes was basically Tim Cahill against the likes of Drogba, Ronaldo, Gerrard, van Persie etc.

What I wouldn’t give for a Cahill in his prime now though.

Wouldn’t mind Moyes tbh, and I dislike him immensely.

Just got back from the game, embarrassing, if Norwich were more clinical in front of goal they'd have got 4 or 5. I think the board may have got the message at the end with the "out" and "you're getting sacked in the morning" shouts from the crowd.
First time I left a game before the 90 minutes. It was soul destroying

He was unlucky at times, but that 2012 fa cup semi final against the rs, that defeat was unforgivable. His attitude and outlook was always too negative against the top sides.

I think the only thing keeping him here tonight is they are trying to decide on the replacement. He is gone long odds on to be sacked.
Be interesting to see if.any embargoes related to him later.

He bottled the Fiorentina away leg.
Went there with damage limitation tactics and unsure of whether we needed to press for an away goal, and that cost us, not just the tie but our most winnable trophy opportunity of this barren 25 years.

To be honest id take Moyes over Silva if its short term till the end of the season. Genuinely have never felt about a manager like this before. Martinez was likeable and actually did something while he was here. Koeman was a winner as a player and had a tough start to the season. Allardyce had a job and at least did it. This guy is a managerial lunatic. Same thing every single game no matter who we play. It just needs to end now.
