Pienaar Signs for Spurs...

There's no figures, and you wont find any. We've offered him a contract extension and we'll have to guess whether he was being outrageous or within reason. The point people are making is this: we've just watched a top class player walk out the door for the sake of securing his wages.

But again mate we have to live within our means we can't afford the massive wages for every player. We have to be careful so again you can't just blame the board for everything. I have no doubt he was offered a very lucrative deal so should the board not be given credit for trying to keep a top player and again increasing his wages

We all knew he was going so if we get a few bob for him then its better that **** all , timing could of been better but we are still gonna beat them ****s on sunday .

They just might be up for it more than us on Sunday,Give me a point now thank you.

without doubt , pienaar is a greedy little ungrateful bleeder.

but , and its a big but ........ he was a good cheap buy , we got our moneys worth.he has served the club well and has been professional in the final months of his contract.

hes going , id rather keep him and him not be so greedy , but he is going and that is that.

becouse of his greed - i dont wish him well , he isnt an everton legend and is not welcome back ..... but im not going to lose any sleep ,diss him or wish him bad luck (like rooney , lescott or gosling) becouse he has done what he was payed to do with 100 % commitment.
i thank him for that.... now i wont take the slightest interest in whatever he does.

side note : not only am i concerened now about our poor transfers in 2 windows , poor boardroom action , finances and hope for future improvements, but also to add to that ....yak pienaar and gosling at prime transfers fees could have netted around £25 million. to get close to nothing for all 3 and having to replace all 3 with no money means its panic stations as far as im concerened.the club really look like there stumbling about in the dark with no leadership ideas or game plan.

But surely you cant blame the board for this, you could easily say yak had a bad attitude wanted out and no longer has what it takes and so in turn his value dropped, as for pienar it was his decision not to sign the contract like it was his decision on only stating he wanted a 2 year deal so we could never have demanded a massive fee. As for Gosling yes poor by the club however can't hide the fact he was a proper snide in what he did. Again another example of blame culture when it may not be justified

He would of stayed if we offered him what he wanted, our sly board can't give him the funds, why is Robert Earl there again? That Stallone stunt was good, well played Kenwright

so every time a player demands massive wages which we can't afford we must now give in to their demands let them hold the club the ransom and but the clubs finances in even more worse state. Comes a point when you try your hardest but sometimes you have to say enough is enough and say no

we did give him what he wanted didn't we ?

then mr agent wanted more.

can we not publish the email address from last time ? someone find it, at least it will jam the feckers system and blow his blackberry to bits.

He wanted parity with Arteta. He was our best player while Tets was out, he felt he deserved the same as him. Arteta walks back in and gets offered the best contract any Everton player has had.

So when Rodwell & Fellaini want improved contracts next time around, and practically every club in the Prem or top clubs in Europe offer them great wages, are you just gonna sit there and say "i'd rather them go, i don't want the club held to ransom"

The question should be WHY we can't offer them the wages to compete with the top clubs and WHY clubs like Stoke can put in £7m bids for players and we can't even afford Adam friggin Hammil from Barnsley. STOKE FFS

Enough is Enough and No might be what we hear from Moyes soon when he has had enough of this no funds club.

Watch what happens after this season - and if club's want to play in Europe with those Financial Fair Play Regulations (Club Licensing).

Wage increases are up 10% this year across the league and that's outstripped TV money increases.

It's gonner come to an end next season.

See this mate is spot on i agree 100% however people on here want to blame bill for EVERYTHING and sorry i just don't belive everything is his fault and some things are not justified however YES i understand question must be answered on the financial footing of the club

I'm not arsed about Pienaar if he goes to a European team and not a Premier League team and as long as we get some money.

Because his agent showed what a snide he was... and ALL THIS WAS WRITTEN TWO YEARS AGO WHEN HE WOULD ONLY AGREE A TWO YEAR CONTACT AFTER HIS LOAN.

His snide agent planned all this.

You know the one who ****ged us off on SSN

Then was on here the day after.

Wage increases will top out because of the Financial Fair Play Regs.

It's INEVITABLE the bubble's about to burst there.

I've already read mate that the City owners are gonna set up their own company and they'l be the new City sponsors. The sponsorship deal will be £200m+ meaning it will cover there turnover. One of a possible number of loopholes which i'm afraid they'l find mate
