Its a fair cop, but I honestly dont consider Tosun an Everton player.

No it is not awkward. Tosun is crap. He'staking up a striker slot which we need when we bid for a more mobile striker in the forthcoming transfer window.

There manager said yesterday he expected him to be back within a week,but would miss Turkeys 2 games to be safe,said it wasnt serious,but we will see

Tosun got a game due to him scoring lately but he is not the answer for our striker position. I would still like to see Richie and Kean as our front two at least starting the game.

I think it’s the exact opposite, standards have improved immeasurably. 40 years ago a bloke with a 1 in 3 record at international level would undoubtedly have been one of the best players in the league. These days it’s just average, because the league has done of the best players in the world in it. You’ve got to be better to stand out now, that’s all.
