2019/20 Richarlison

The thing is Mane only dives in the box, Richarlison does it everywhere, that is why the refs give him nothing.

Him and Liverpool players go down as soon as a player gets near them. Doesn't matter where they are on the pitch. It's like they train to do it. They engineer the contact.

It's no different to what Richarlison does or what Zaha does. It's simply down to the refs and then how the club's manage the narrative. As a club, we're useless at managing the narrative (along with everything else, frankly).

That’s literally not true. They stay on their feet to create chances unless in the box. Something our boy needs to work on.
He just hands them Possession time and time again.

Yeah there are plenty of times where the play is on and he goes to ground and gets nothing. Sometimes you just have to stay on your feet and create rather than claim an unlikely penalty or free kick. I can see where the frustration for many kicks in.

'The real world'?

It's their job. They are paid very, very well to do it. Football isn't 'the real world'. The PL has billions and billions pumped into it every season. The refs are shocking.
I don’t disagree at all, but no one at the club is new to this. Either make a big fuss about it or have a word with Richarlison.

Yeh, he’s much better than that. Needs it coaching out of him.

Mate, I have the misfortune of having to watch a lot of them for work.

They go down all of the time. It's clever. I wouldn't say it's cheating, but they do.

Well looks like we've gone down the easy route because we're nice old Everton and we like to be nice and for everyone to pat our heads.

Sick of it.

Constantly sell our best players.

Constantly never call out the crap refs.

Constantly give our OWN players stick.

It seems like out of all the crap on Sunday, Everton are the ones who are suddenly in the wrong. In the media, everywhere. It's utterly mental.

One of our players is out for a year (possibly) and we're the bad guys. Mental.

The thing is we have a VERY toxic fanbase.

The amount of people screaming abuse at him the other day was quite scary, he must have heard it.

This is why these players CBA, why would you try for a set of fans who spend 90minutes screaming abuse at you, for diving?
fixed

I watch them too and most of the time they TRY to stay on their feet unless in the box. They are more interested in creating chances than losing the ball in the hope of cheap free kick.

I know mate I’m sure we’ve cultivated this attitude in the footballing community that just reads something like “oh well it’s only Everton”. I pray we start to see even an attempt to change this opinion but I just can’t see it
