I am amazed by how relaxed most are on here. I understand it's "just a club" and "just a game", but seriously are we ok with Silva just leading the club into a relegation scenario, and we are ok that every day he stays means a day less for the new manager.

I know people on here are rubbishing relegation talk, but people we can't win if we go a goal down, we struggle to win away from home and we have a nightmare of fixtures leading into 2020, but ho hum everything's A OK, so how's about that new stadium then?

As for the game against Southampton, it's away so I'll be shocked if we win.

What would you suggest we all do?

Can see us being victorious against Southampton. A comfortable 1-3 win for the mighty Blue Boys ;)

Pickford
Sidibé Mina Holgate Digne
Davies Baningime
Iwobi
Walcott Richarlison

Tosun
I really like that team; really do. However, I don't think we'll see it because without Gomes Delph and Bernard, pretty sure he'll play Sigurdson as the 10, Schneiderlin and Richarlison on top.Of course we'll lose, but safety first for Mr Marco.

Do whatever it takes to get our club a proper manager.

But what though? Gather outside Goodison Park chanting 'Silva Out'? Display 'Silva Out' banners at the game?

Personally, I feel that Moshiri will decide in his own good time when he's going to sack Silva, and will not be swayed by the fans. That's just a guess of course; I just see him as that type of person.

Anyway, here's my contribution:

Anyway, here's my contribution:

Arsenal fans tweeted the club directly and said: "Sack Emery now before this match finish, he's a retrogressive."
One Arsenal supporter wrote: "Emery is a fraud. The earlier we sack him the better."

The power of Social Media perhaps?

I like your pitchfork suggestion much better though.

I'm sure we'll not see it unfortunately; more 'wishful thinking' from me, if anything. Would just like to see Marco Silva take a bit of a chance now and then.

Pitchforks are always a good back-up plan. If there was enough Social Media pressure from supporters and fan groups etc., that may do the trick.

I've always said we should give him until the end of this year and, to be honest, I think he'll be gone by then anyway. Even if we win our next two games, I don't see us getting through the December fixtures with many points.

A huge match for us, as is Norwich.

Win them both and we greatly reduce the threat of relegation.

Three in midfield to keep it nice and tight. Bring Sigurddson back in to improve our goal threat from midfield and due to his work ethic.

Any of DCL, Kean, Tosun thrown on near the end in pursuit of a goal.

Pickford
Sidibe Mina Holgate Digne
Delph Davies Sigurdsson
Walcott Richarlison Iwobi

Llosl, Coleman, Keane, Schneiderlin, Calvert-Lewin, Kean, Tosun
So start with no strikers in a huge game.

Tired of seeing Walcott out there as a starter, let alone coming off the bench. It is clear that he has no real finishing ability and does not provide any threat from the wing on attack. The combo should only ever be Iwobi/Bernard and Richarlison on the wings.

..In the meanwhile, wondering how many solid matches against teams at the top of the table we will have before our bad matches against weak clubs catch up to Silva in the end
