Young EFC Players Out on Loan 2019-20

I heard Bowler’s goal on car radio, and was pleased for him but was also thinking this is the most lack lustre the players on loan thread has been for some time , with only Kenny the other player causing any excitement. Virginia has disappeared, Dowell not starting , Connolly and Broadhead doing well but at League 1 level , Hornby doing ok but nothing exciting , Adeydoyin disappeared into the Scottish mists. We usually send a few more out on loan in January , possibly a chance for Adeniran to show if he’s got it at a higher level , Feeney andFoulds to maybe carve out a career elsewhere etc .

This and the youth thread are supposed to be the place I go in the Everton forum for positive news/vibes.... Not so much this year :(

Did Joao Virginia have his loan at Reading cancelled? Appearing in a few recent media photos of training.
There was an article about him last month saying that as well as Reading being unimpressed by his (admittedly disastrous) first team performances, there was also an issue with the number of loan players they were allowed to have in a matchday squad and so he was naturally the one missing out.

Might be an unofficial case of 'well, we're not going to play him and you want him back in January, so we'll just let him train with you for the last couple of months'?

Championship
Hull City - Josh Bowler started and scored his first professional goal before being substituted in the 54th minute of a 3-0 away win over Fulham

OS Match Report
"Grosicki played the ball back to Callum Elder to swing over a lovely cross and when Bowler’s first effort at the far post was blocked, he was the first to react to fire into the net."

Twitter stuff
9' - HULL CITY GOAL!!! JOSH BOWLER!!! The winger takes Elder's cross down before composing himself and slamming it into the Fulham net!

Fan comment
"That was Bowler's first league goal - good for him, he's still a young lad so hopefully that will really give him confidence."

League One
Lincoln City - Callum Connolly played full match in 1-1 away draw with AFC Wimbledon

OS Match Report
"...the latter curled in dangerous cross with Marcus Forss in the box but he didn’t account for Callum Connolly who was in the right place to head clear."

Twitter stuff
76' City are standing strong defensively at present, with more important clearances from Connolly proving crucial.
87' Callum Connolly intercepts a through ball and clears it that far out of the stadium, it is probably somewhere on the M25.

Fan comments
"Connolly - 7. Couldn't fault him."
"On the plus side Connolly coming along nicely alongside Shackell."

Burton Albion - Nathan Broadhead started on the bench and came on in the 41st minute of a 2-2 away draw at Doncaster Rovers

OS Match Report

No particular comments about him (apparently he had an 'ankle knock' from the Leicester Cup game).

Belgian First Division
KC Kortrijk - Fraser Hornby started and was substituted in the 74th minute of a 0-3 away defeat to Club Brugge

Matthew Pennington and Kieran Dowell were unused substitutes
Joao Virginia and Korede Adedoyin did not feature in matchday squads

Has Adedoyin featured at all?
