VAR should only be used for offsides, goal line and end line decisions
and dives.
And this craic of going back a few plays is complete muck

Dermot Gallagher on SSN this morning saying it was for the Gomes block, conveniently ignoring Burnley did the exact same thing for their winner against us.
Thing is the shirt pull was before the block so it should've been a pen. But there lies the issue. The refs are awful so when they are the ones checking the VAR it is never going to work.

They will always find something thats not even there, just so it goes with what they say, ie if a goal is not give, they will find a foul or anything to say why its not give, same as these clowns on tv will always do the same and back the ref decisions at all costs

If thats the case then most goals from corners should be ruled out as blocking goes on all over the place. Then again shirt pulling happens all over the place and thats never given either.
I remember Saha won us a penalty once from a shirt pull. When it was given I was genuinely surprised haha

Thats the thing with shirt pulls. It happens with every set piece that gets launched into the box and then suddenly one day a ref will suddenly give a pen for one out of the blue. It's like there is a time limit for them as the ref decides one day he hasn't given one for awhile so he may as well give one today.
