ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

They seem to think Mbappe is signing with them next season now that they look likely to switch from new balance to Nike.

Sounds ridiculous I know but they are arguably the best team in the world at the moment.

They then burst into a "Munich 58" chant before threatening a disabled woman, absolute state of them we stand against racism but not when its us
Don't be daft Dave, you saw the Bulgarian flag with the LFC badge on at the very same game... It stated, very clearly, "We are not racist"

Case closed.

The biggest lie perpetrated by the British sports media is that that lot are somehow 'enlightened' and all round good eggs ready to fight the good fight.

They are ruthless, demented killers.

Well I await the pictures of fkw in Mbappe shirts looking like planks when he has jibbed them off to stay in Paris or go to one of the big boys in Spain. I don't think young Mr Mbappe needs to juice up his performance at the rs quite yet.

they have got more chance signing "Mmmmbop" than him.

Apparently the rs are buying that kid in Germany next summer, the one city sold.

We didn't want him to go. Offered him a good contract and wanted him to stay. At 17 he thought he should have been in the first team and left for peanuts. It's been reported that Dortmund have just fined him for turning up late for training and not for the first time. He seems to have a slightly suspect attitude, but that could just be his age.
I wouldn’t be to worried about that Mendy is back an Zinchenko is terrible in my opinion. He had that winning run thing going on when ever he started but I don’t think I have ever seen him have a good game for City.
Not many City fans with much confidence in Mendy. He's looked nothing like the player we signed and the injuries look to have really taken their toll. Shame really, because he was awesome at Monaco.

Yeah he doesn’t look like the player he was at Monaco. I just have never seen anything from Zinchenko to suggest he is a top player or even going to become one. I have with Mendy but as you say it’s a shame that it looks like injury’s have had a impact. He isn’t long back tho so if he can stay injury free an have a good run in the team. he could get back to a high level again. If not I think City will have to sign a new LB just hope it’s not Digne they come after.

Zinchenko's problem is that he's an attacking midfielder being forced to play in an unfamiliar position. He knows he's likely never to get in the side in his own position, too many good players in front of him. I like him though because he isn't afraid of the ball and he is always available for the pass and doesn't hide when he's made an error. I think central defence is our biggest worry defensively. We need to replace Vinny and that is not going to be easy.

....but Origi the black man with the big nob is ok.

"The Liverpool supporters’ union, Spirit of Shankly, has also condemend the banner. A statement read: “Spirit of Shankly oppose all forms of racism. The club took swift action in the removal of the offensive banner that perpetuates racial stereotyping...[but] simply banning people is not the answer."

So there's still "room" for the racist perpetrator.

So if the answer is allowing racists to enter what is their solution? Enough of the wriggle words too "racial stereotyping". Call it what it is- racism.

I was shocked use didn’t try an sign a CB in the summer when he left. That said it really is bad luck to lose Laporte to injury an have a little bit of a crisis at the back this early in the season. I think Rodri would an could do a great job if he has to cover there long term. I would trust him more than stones at the moment. It’s so hard to find a quality centre back for the right money. when you look at what United paid for again in my opinion a average Maguire. I was surprised use didn’t go in for De Ligt when he went to Juve in the summer but If I was a City fan I would trust Pep to make the right decision.
