And I don't claim that we are holier than thou with this as well. I'd love to go back to a time when the play acting wasn't such a big part of the game. I hope that VAR goes some way to improving things and evens it up so such cheating don't get rewarded.

Where is the force involved? I dont see it. A simple poll of members to agree/disagree to boycott the Echo is not force or coercion. I believe it's called 'democracy'. I am pointing out that a boycott is a personal choice. A ban on posting links is different to a boycott.

I get that people dont like it, the whole trinity mirror is horrid, but IMO the boy Philly K is a worthwhile read.

The rest less so.

This is what does my head in about modern football, especially with Liverpool supporters. They're unable to differentiate between the racist abuse in Bulgaria, people singing songs about tragedies and just a bit of banter. They just don't understand why other fans despise them, also I don't remember then getting all high and mighty when their supporters were chanting Munich and abusing Carsley's disabled child. Also 1 Everton fan and 1 West Ham fan get caught saying offensive things about Salah, yet hundreds of racist twitter posts by Liverpool fans towards Sterling miraculously don't get punished. They just can't take any stick, just look at all the comments when Everton fans were celebrating them losing to Real Madrid. Did they expect us not to be happy that they lost.
