The team includes his signings, and it is performing on a level which is worse than the Koeman/Walsh level. I'm not suggesting that we won't see improvement over the months ahead, but reality is that we are hugely underachieving and he has to take some of the blame. The players he has brought in have no performed.

And as long as he backs Silva, he is exacerbating the problem. I get the impression he is looking longer term but we need better results now. We don't need instant success, but 17th is disastrous, even this early. He needs to pull the finger out and bring in his own manager and stop hiding behind Silva and letting him take the flack.
