Liverpool certain to be champions & Everton safe / winners vs a top-6 team / respectability restored
Liverpool not so certain to be champs & Everton in a dogfight

Absolute no brainer which one I'd pick.

We won't be anywhere near being relegated this season. It's not a consideration.

.....City brilliant with the ball but vulnerable without it gives us a chance. We are defending so deep but we have to. Mahrez looks a threat getting in behind Digne, we’ll have to ride our luck but we can score again.

DCL doing fine for a ‘Championship striker’, Coleman stepped up his game with competition from Sidebe, great ball from Iwobi for Sigurdsson, Richarlison busy.

Defensively, think we managed that half reasonably well. Yes, Mahrez and Sterling have been allowed space down the flanks, but we've been compact and disciplined enough in our own penalty area to deny City.

Only a worldie assist by de Bruyne has cut through us.

never was so much owed by so many to so few

This point will be insignificant to us at the end of the season. Especially when we drop points to Burnley next week. But we’ll essentially hand the kopites the title and blues seem to be made up with this scenario. Baffling. Get the Silvas and Aguero on and beat us good and proper Pep.
I know why the scousers here say it and wish it but I find it hard to stomach comments like that

Strangely similar to when Rom tried to take the goal from Davies with his similar chip against City. Difference is Dom got a touch. No issue with him making sure though.

Some lovely possession football from city. Tactics from Silva spot on and I understand why he picked Walcott for the positional discipline. Good spirit to come back after going behind. Decent half. Do we have the energy to stay with them second half? Do we have the cahoneys to push for a win? Could Kean come on and do it against a dubious centre half pairing?
