It's been a rocky road since Lukaku left. I mean Niasse, Sandro, Tosun, Lewin have all fallen short of what's required at the top level. Niasse had a decent run a few seasons back. Lewin has at least given us some strength and pace at times. On the whole it's been lacking though. Hopefully this young fella can eventually give us some pride again up front.

Kean is world class

Sandro was being touted as the signing of the window by a lot of pundits. To say there was 'no hype' is just wrong. There was plenty - just not on the same level as Kean.

Kean has the potential to be world class, sure. He isn't yet. He's played 40 senior games in two seasons.

When he's ready, he'll play.

That may well be today. But it might not be.
