Doubt we will sell, we are still short of strikers. I can't see us getting another decent striker, this late in the window.

I also think we will keep him, whether Everton fans like him or not there will be absolutely no shortage of clubs waiting to sign him, mostly premier league clubs.

Not sure how he is versatile when he is poor as a right back and poor as a centre back. Being versatile is actually playing two positions very well, such as Richarlison. Not good enough, I'd sell at 10m.

If they played them very well they'd be first choice for a number of positions.

Someone like Holgate stands in and doesn't let anyone down.

This time last year I'd have said the same.

But now, i'm not too fussed.

I don't particularly want him to go, but if he did go, and the money was right, I'd be fine with it.

But, at the moment, we simply can't afford to let him go as he's our 3rd CB and 2nd RB.

Although he's not at the level we need to start every week. It gets mention over and over and over that we need a squad. I don't think 8m will get us a squad player at a better level than he is already at.

I think he does let us down though. I recall West Ham at Goodison targeting him as the weakness and bullied him.

I think he suffered from the derby incident when Firmino racially abused him. A loan spell away will have done him no harm.

He has already had a loan. I just don't think he's strong enough or positionally aware enough to be a decent CB. His best chance would be an RB but I don't think he's quick enough for a modern day RB.
