Isn’t he on £130grand as it is ? If so I doubt we will be able to offer him much more than that.
My bet is he will wait another year and hope for his dream move to come along when his price may slightly more realistic.

I doubt his price comes down in 12 months, I think it will go up to the 100mil mark, especially if he has a good season.

Going forward this could effect palace and a number of other small club, agents won’t be handicapping their players in the future. Shorter deals ie 3yrs or a release clause that’s A fair price.

Nobody wants to pay £80 mill for him let alone £100m.
As far as I’m aware only ourselves , Arsenal and Spurs have shown any interest and no one has been willing to part with anything close to the asking price.
Players will continue to sign longer contracts for bigger wages even it it can act against their longer term interests because greed trumps common sense.

This is how I feel too. We haven't had that many players who can hit peaks as high as the peaks Zaha can hit. If we get him to that level more often than he has at Palace even by just a small amount he will be some player.
