The day we ceased to be a really big club. Bally was the first player who left us before the club decided he was past his best. Selling players for a big profit did not seem to matter to us before this.
Some said he had a gambling problem, but, even if he did, the old Everton would have payed the debts and hushed it up for a player as good as Bally.

The full highlights of the famous 4-4 Facup tie at home v the other lot poster @wainy wanted to see the end result on film on our scoreboard, I had a look on YouTube and after 3-3 extra time somehow is omitted hence no 4-4 shown on our scoreboard The are photos of it , but no film footage just wondered if you had ant other sources ?
As it's your department on classic matches on film?
