Obviously, it was grim seeing them win the Champions League again, but I don't think this is the beginning of some great dynasty.

Last season was the best in their modern history, and it's an enormous ask to repeat that level of league form or to hope to have similar fortune with injuries.
 
Mad how so many of their players hit absolute top form and delivered career best seasons....thats wont happen again.

Agreed. They can't even challenge on all fronts domestically yet and unless he improves the squad dramatically then that won't be happening anytime soon.

The worry for me is can City keep it up for a 3rd season in a row. They might not need 98 points next season if City slip up..

Well the RS slipped themselves up this season just gone considering they were 10 points ahead of City in December. If both teams maintain their form next term it will clearly go to the wire again with no apparent great threat from elsewhere.
 
They won’t get no where near 98 points next year, this was a freak season where the stars aligned and they had something to cling on to. Min 80s at best I reckon with City keeping to there standard high nighties minimum.

There’s also a serious over rating of there centre midfield on here. Not one of them would get in our team if we sign Gomes.

Gana > Fabinho
Gomes > Henderson
Sigurdsson > Wijnaldum
