It’s like there’s some sort of competition within the media to see who can put out the most ridiculous Everton story.
Probably a backlash for the club not giving anything out for their gossip columns.

Even IF he wasn’t 1 of our 2 only senior CB’s at the club and even IF we wanted rid, why would we loan him to Turkey?

His stock hasn’t fallen as much as that, why would we subsidise his wages to a Turkish club when there’s plenty of big league clubs who’d take him?

It’s irrelevant anyway as the rumour is almost certainly nonsense (n)

I'm willing to give him last season to 'adjust' to life in the Prem.

He needs to hit the ground running this season...no excuses. He;s a big lad on mega $$$

Jagielka released, Pennington (who was never good enough anyway) on his way to stoke. Zouma back to Chelsea, leaves us with just Keane and Mina. It’s a worry as short as we are up front, we are as equally short at centre half.

We also have Holgate and Feeney and it’s only early June. Relax.

When he played he was actually very impressive this season. We conceded around a goal a game when he played. He played particularly well at Anfield & Stamford Bridge which shows he has got something.

What he has struggled with is adapting to the physicality of the league in his first season and when he got fit, he fell behind one of the best partnerships in the league this season in Zouma & Keane. So no disgrace. There is no chance he will be being loaned to Turkey.

He will have a challenge to force his way in. It may well be we shift to a back 3 if he does.

He was atrocious at the Amex at Christmas. Played like he'd been sedated. But then the whole team were like that at that stage.
