FIFA 17-19 The Journey spoilers below

It kind of annoys me that you HAVE to play as Real Madrid in the Hunter sections. I get that that's his dream club and all, but I find it really boring playing as Real

In FIFA 17 The Journey felt semi-realistic with him having to go out on loan and no guarantee you'd play in the matches unless you turned up in training and delivered in games etc. It completely jumped the shark for me in FIFA 18 with the silly "world tour" element. I had Hunter gradually making a name for himself at Bournemouth as a young player in FIFA 17 and I would have liked an option to pursue that instead. Like when you're agent thinks he can get you the Real transfer you can have Alex just say "I think it's too early for a move like that, let's focus on my current club and if an offer comes it comes"

I know some would find that boring, but I would have preferred it. I still haven't finish The Journey on FIFA 19 and I don't think I'll bother

It would be nice as well if they let you unlock Hunter, Williams and Walker for Exhibition and Season Modes. I know they do for FUT, but I don't play FUT

Sheff Wed bottom of the Premier League with 6 points from 18 games. Apply for the job as I'm managing Reading and want a bigger club. They're 9 points from 19th and 11 from safety having played one more game. Thought they'd want me to battle bravely against relegation but they demanded I stay up. Guess I'm treading water at Reading for another season.

It’s worth finishing on 19 and the journey is the second best thing on FIFA each year.
