He’s going to be here next season anyway so we all need to just accept that and get behind him.

He gets until Christmas for me if we buy where needed in the summer.

We’ve been a massively inconsistent side this season, more of that in the first half of next season and then the club need to make a decision.

It’s all about balancing the clubs ambition against the need for continuity.

Don't take it too seriously mate or to heart, the odds are the next manager will fail miserably to have us challenging for the league or top 4 as well as Silva will. We're Everton. Nothing really changes apart from the names of the personnel.
The clear problem is the disparity in funding between ourselves, Man City, Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs.

If we had a good manager in charge we could have possibly pushed on when Moshiri was splashing the cash, but Moshiri has been such a useless steward of the club that much of it has been flushed down the drain.

It is a shame Moyes wrecked his own career by taking over from Red Nose, but he made his own bed. To be fair, at the time no one knew we would finally be taken over by someone with significant cash reserves.

Getting behind something without substance is scary. Brexit is an example

Well yeah I get that. He’s still 50/50 though at the moment, there is no outstanding evidence to suggest he’s either appalling or needs time to implement his own players and style.

Also Moyes did it with no money for me he’s still a genius yes his football wasn’t good but neither was his chairman or the board of directors

He shouldn't have started Jags, I'm all for a player earning a start and if you play well you keep your place as that is the way it should be BUT not when that guy is a 37 year old with a couple of months left on his contract. Keane is a better player and if fit should've started. Other than that the team was fine but the tactics were wrong and we didnt start quickly. Just one of them.
It's poor all round.

The attitude was all wrong and that is disturbing playing a team like Fulham.

It hangs a big question mark over professionalism.
