Bendtner on loan?

How about a cheeky loan move for Niklas Bendtner in January? At 6 ft 5 and with good pace for a big man, I think he could compliment either Saha or the Yak. His strike rate at Arsenal and Brum is about 1 in 4 and that's even with all the glaring misses! If he follows in the footsteps of another former Arsenal striker (Andy Cole) and becomes more clinical he could be a goal machine.

Wenger doesn't let goal machines go, and he has put so much time into this failure. Prefer Barmby and Jeffers back first thanks.

1.) Wenger would never let him go.

2.) As DBRAG said, he does work best in a 4-4-2.

3.) His ego is even more massive than him.

All of that said, I personally like and rate him, and if it was possible, I wouldn't say no.

a loan for bendtner would not necessarily be that cheap - you have to factor in all the other stuff, like for instance due to the changing nature of the music scene banjo are quite rare nowadays, and the price of meat is so high that obtaining a cows arse might be more trouble than its worth.

Nice, Rep for you like Bendtner wants goals but settles with meals.

Bendtner can't get a game while Van Persie is out. Once he comes back the Dane will slip even further down the pecking order.

I wouldn't mind if he missed 10 chances, if he scored a goal a game. Andy Cole was just the same for United. He doesn't actually appear to be as wasteful as he used to be. The only run out I can remember him getting recently was against Newcastle in the league cup and he tucked away a beauty.

He does have all the attributes to play upfront by himself. I was thinking of him as a foil for our regular strikers though. I'd imagine that he'd generally make more of an impact than Beckford. We need to do something upfront and we haven't got any money, so this seems like an idea to me.

I can understand reservations about his attitude. With it being a loan, if he causes any mither, we just send him back.
