Once again we’re one of the worst teams in the league even after spending all this money.

Thats because people continue to underestimate how important managers are, and we continue to hire the dregs. Once we try and hire a top 20 manager in the world, then we can actually play like that. But we hire the likes of managers from relegated teams(martinez, silva) and those that were okay at mediocre clubs(koeman).
