Reminds me a bit of Rom, good player but I find it hard to like him

Doesn't need to constantly get involved in every row on the pitch. Also his trying to get his gloves to the touchline, throwing incident was just childish but funny

On balance he’s been brilliant, can appreciate people demanding more from him. Especially his behaviours, but I accept he’s young and growing his game.

It also doesn’t help being part of a front line constantly changing and clearly not complimenting his style.

I can understand his selfishness at times as there’s literally nothing on. His judgement and releasing the ball is usually good when we have runners.

Add a striker to take some of the focus from him and I’m confident he’ll grow.

However he does need to channel his aggression better, as we can’t play with 11 men right now - let alone 10.

With better players occupying opposition defenders I believe we will see more movement from him - He does drift in nicely when the ball is on the other flank, problem you have there is Walcott and Coleman haven’t made decent crosses.

He’s naturally struggling in a team bereft of confidence and quality.
