If Everton's aspirations are a glorified intramural trophy, then there are bigger issues at hand.

Again, I've put up some defensive stats. Everton aren't at the bottom, but they're nowhere near the bottom at the moment. Defense is just fine.

I've tried searching for the numbers on set piece goals given up and have had no luck. Everton are high on the list, if not at the top, but by how far?

Guardian article says the plan this season was for Silva to have ‘some of the young players be a part of the squad’ and to develop a young team over the long term.

Have we really seen anything different in this regard compared to the previous 3 managers? If anything it feels less so.

Issue is, in the FA Cup this season we actually did. And still lost. Because we're awful.

You dont have to smile to be charismatic. Tbh, I think both him and Brands seems like fairly charismatic people. Brands more than Marco.

That's true, but I am getting nothing from him at all. He's boring. His press conferences are boring. His pre- and post-match interviews are boring. The way he stands on the sideline is boring. I don't want him to be like Klopp, but somewhere in that kind of direction would be nice. Klopp is adored by their fans and it's pretty easy to see why.
