We’re has moshiri backing him come from?
J? You've done patato twice. I think one was meant to be potato.
You can't keep sacking managers before they have the chance to implement their style of play and build their own squad. It has how we have ended up with the horror show of a muddled squad with no identity. The only players worth keeping other than the young lads and Pickford are the ones that Silva and Brands have bought in.
If we carry on with kneejerk reactions, we will end up getting relegated. It is how it ends for every club other than Chelsea.
You all need to stop whining and thinking that Everton have some god given right to success. We're not great, we've not been great for a very long time and it is going to take time and stability to fix that.
But it's part of our DNA. It's like the X and Y chromosomes which differentiate between male and female. We have an E one which makes us what we are....!You can't keep sacking managers before they have the chance to implement their style of play and build their own squad. "It is a project. The Everton fans quite rightly demand young football," Moshiri told talkSPORT.
"We want young players to develop - they need to play. Marco Silva is a talented coach but he's planning long-term.
"He will coach and develop those young players and every year those same young players will become stronger.
"In this business, you have to hold your nerve."
Thank Flip for that, sense in our times.

He said similar thing (total support) like 2 weeks before Koeman was sacked.
Which young players?
Sorry to disappoint you Farhad, but the likes of Tom Davies and DCL will never get to that high level.
The other young players we've paid big money, Richarlison, Mina, Keane - you don't buy them for the future at that price, you buy them at that price to perform right now. Heck I'd argue even Tom Davies. If he can't make a 5 yard pass or stop giving the ball away on the edge of his own box like he did the other day, then I doubt that's going to be coached out of him any time soon. Same as the stupid mistakes Keane makes.
Brands' vision is the complete opposite of what Moshiri has said there.
Is that the dreaded vote of confidence then. OK whose next in line to feel our wrath as we languish mid table.
