I don’t think his private companies could invest in Everton for some reason. I can’t remember if it was cause of Moshri being involved in them all.

They could invest in FF because it was actually owned by LCC and rented to us.

I can’t remember exactly why but I did know at the time.

He/his companies (whether jointly owned with Moshiri or not) can invest as much as they want.

He couldn’t whilst he had a stake one Arsenal, but he can now.
