Thanks for the information but that makes literally no difference to the point being made. In fact, it just backs up what i'm saying and makes your original point sound even more ridiculous. They weren't under pressure because everybody was fairly content with how we were doing, and now they are under pressure because the fans have turned against them. And yet your argument is that they'll play better now because they're NOT under pressure. As some have mentioned Silva has the wrong end of the stick here, he has the players from previous manager working with him, the players he has brought in are doing well, it is going to take time to build his team, he wants his team to have a lot of mobility in midfield, he was left with Klaasen Sniderlin Davies and McCarthy, Basic. Bolasie and Mirellas. He has been told we can’t sign anyone until you ship them out, this is why he is cheesed off.

The only midfield player who is decent is Idrisa Guaye, he is the type of midfielder that he wants, someone who puts a shift in, we should be adding to him not selling him, all the good teams don’t sell good players in Jan, especially for £21 mil, Liverpool have just sold a reserve striker for that, who doesn’t score.

If Marco goes will a new man be given funds? No is the answer, plus who would touch this job, based on the board selling your best players

Gueye is 29, in a year or so he'll be worthless. We are trying to build for the future. I'd probably rather sell Siggurdson (well I'd rather sell a lot of them, but I mean of our saleable assets) but we have an offer for Gueye and the player wants to go.
