4 Everton players marking 1 Millwall player who wins the header then 4 Millwall players to tap in against 1 Everton player.
This is happening week in week out, it's his system this is what he wants to play like

That isn't acceptable
they all would have been under instruction off Marco on where to stand at specific set pieces ..

ie: the wrong place

its not the players fault. had they stood where they wanted too, then they risk being dropped by silva for not following basic intructions correctly

Exactly. The shocking thing is, just a few years ago we had the best defense in the league outside the top four with players who cost a fraction of our current back line.

under a different system with a knowlegable coach these defenders would perform well
Yeah - for some reason we want to dogmatically play a style and formation. A good manager will adapt these to suit the players he has at his disposal. The formation and style should be secondary to the results on the field. And when you do the right things for long enough, eventually something clicks and the players can play to a level above themselves.

Swear he asked me if I had any change outside The Blob Shop earlier?

I'd take Moyes till the end of the season at this point. Not even joking. It brings me no joy to say this but I'd have far more confidence in him then Silva to see the season out in the best possible way. I'd of laughed at you had this been suggested to me even weeks ago.

You know what, he'd actually be the best manager to take us forward as things stand, the club clearly doesn't have any standards or ambitions and is happy just to drift about doing nothing with losers like Silva keeping us as also-rans just avoiding relegation as a long term goal while passing it off as an achievement. Well Moyes knows how to do that better then anyone. We might as well drop the pretence that we have ambition now because everyone can see it's a sham.

We haven't looked like an Everton team since the first Martinez season.

I thoroughly dislike everything about us as a club right now. We represent everything that is wrong with modern football.

These players are a disgrace to the shirt. They aren't worthy of it. They only care about their wages. They coast through games and don't give their best. Silva is having a total shocker, but I'm not sure a new manager solves anything. These players have ruined our club, our values, everything that was likeable about us. I resent the Moshiri era. It's been a sham.

We are a national embarrassment. A joke club. We are a total irrelevance. Yet no one at the club seems to be one bit arsed.

I would back Moyes to get us top 6 easy and perhaps top four, depending on investment

Bit harsh. What I think is we have gone from being a club that punches consistently above its weight to a club that consistently punches below its weight.

We have the history and now we have the financial muscle to compete on a more even footing. But it has all been squandered
