If we finish say 12th, does he get another season?
He will have had a poor run in to finish there. It’s up to him to take it out of the Chairman’s hands. He hasn’t done much more than beat dross at the bottom. Even against the top sides I feel people were trying to see things that were not there.

At the moment performances has dropped as well as points. That’s a concern. Any manager can turn it around. He’s in trouble if we don’t beat the bottom- rungers.

It all begins and ends at Finch Farm. That place needs gutting and fumigating to get rid of the stench of mediocrity.

What exactly is our attacking plan here?

The other week we were getting battered when Digne was going ridiculously high and Gomes & Gueye kept dropping into left back. Yesterday Coleman going to the other side of the world caused mayhem.

Keane passes into Gueye - Coleman is already well over the half way. He carries on going as Gueye passes to Siggy and he tries to pass back to Gueye.

Gueye loses the ball and Coleman is nearly ahead of DCL.

Keane goes walkabouts trying to close down over the half way line. A player who I'd argue would have been Coleman's if he wasn't the other side of the world.

Danny Ings then strolls through the middle with no one near him and puts through Redmond.

He deserved to go.

All these people saying he should have been kept. The bloke was an arrogant idiot, more interested in playing golf or going on holiday.

He’d lost the dressing room.

Glad he’s gone, found his perfect job at international level, few fixtures a year, loads of golf. Rely on playing reputation.

Of course given the circumstances at the time.

But the other 3 managers after Moyes did not show (or so far) they are better than him. Results wise.

Silva's Everton was a much better squad than Pellegrini's West Ham. And Silva, if I'm not wrong (I may be..) spent more money to further strengthen that squad. The very same West Ham who came to Goodison and schooled us all over the park.

Pellegrini has spent a lot more than Silva. Silva hasn't really spent that much.

35m on Richarlison
18m on Digne
28m on Mina

Liverpool spent more on Keita and Fabinho.

And West Ham didn't school us.

And just to reiterate the point, they're one point above us having being below us for most of the season and have just lost to Bournemouth.

Afford is one thing we don’t have to worry about. We pay crap managers insane money. Imagine how much we’d pay a good one.

And to sack them and the staffs with huge compensation.

Hopefully the current contract with Silva is preformance based?? After what happened with Martinez and Koeman.

That second picture supports what I’ve been saying. There is no shape or support, look at City or the RS when someone is in the ball they have multiple options

That’s appalling, an awful setup. We get pressed and it’s game over

Rinse and repeat

Look at the trophies he had won. Champions League. Europa League. Super Cup, La Liga and so on.

He has track records. It’s like Newcastle got a proper manager in but not backing him that’s the point.
Benitez is far superior to Silva. Not sure if he would manage Everton though.
