I wouldn't really class any of them as being proven to be a level about Batshuayi tbh, they play for a mid table premier league team and with the exception of Digne have all struggled for form at times this season.

I maintain Batshuayi is our level, I think its deluded to think we are at a level above him.

We had Lukaku for years.

Imagine if we would of built the team around him then he leaves. We would have an unbalanced team that would of taken years to fix. We would probably have been stuck with players we cant shift.

I’d rather wait till the summer and hope that Silvas/Brands first or second choice becomes available
Signing Bats would be the same as signing Tosun last January

To be fair to the guy he's hardly played, sub mainly. Not sure if that's an argument for or against him.

Deeney only scored 1 more than DCL last season, Tosun matched him in half a season so if you look at it like that he wouldn’t even be an upgrade at all. Batshuayi would improve our forward line much more and is actually obtainable.
