I'm more inclined to think this is the more likely option unless we have a really dire start to January, where the pressure may force Brands to act prematurely.

On the other hand, we really are lacking up front so again the pressure may be forcing their hand, but I really don't want us to be spending money on stop gaps.

Only thing mate is most clubs won't sell a top striker in January. If they do their season could fall apart too.
