ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

I would suggest booking a 2 week holiday when they win the title but:

a) We'll be hearing about it for decades, not just a few weeks.

b) most holiday destinations will be riddled with kopites.

I might buy shares in Unilever, because sales of Domestos are about to go through the roof.

Lads things can change very quickly in this league, they’re obviously favourites and rightly so now. But what happens if City win tomorrow, then beat them on Thursday. And we manage to beat them 1-0. Even throw in United beating them at old Trafford 1-0. All of the above could happen and if city hit form again(they’ve already played everyone but united away) then they’d be ahead. The season isn’t over yet and even if they did win it, I’d still rather be a blue, the people I’ve met at the game and the experiences I’ve shared means so much more than them.

Unfortunately so Dave, it is what it is, they are our rivals and we unfortunately share the same city with them. No way on earth can it be swept under the carpet and us saying "I'm not arsed"

I'm very arsed, I'm bloody fuming in fact because we are absolutely miles away from doing anything of note, magnified by another piss poor away day today whilst they steamroll through each and every team.

People wonder why Evertonians kick off or boo at the game, it's out of sheer bloody desperation/frustration/anger that we are just nowhere near the level we should be and its made all the worse by our nearest rivals taking the absolute piss

Koff Everton

It's going to be a terrtible time the next few months (at least). Maybe this lot even get a dynasty together. Who knows.

But this will for sure affect EVERYTHING going on at Everton:

Manager
DoF
Board of directors
Fans
Stadium progress/lack of and reaction to it

Let's face it - on the pitch and off it we had two decades to actually do something ourselves and over take Liverpool or at least lay a glove on them. We failed to take that massively lenghty opportunity...and now we will pay the price.

It'll be carnage for us., Utter carnage.
