I think he suits the premier league pretty well. Not the biggest or strongest but isn't afraid to press all game and charge into someone and he's always waiting to break. He has 3 assists so far and it wont be long until he scores.

Needed time to adapt to the physicality, but he had the pace, the trickery and the brain to be a huge success.

I like him. We just need pace in the middle now.

The Dignard partnership could prove to be very effective.

I mentioned this before the game against Burnley, I think Digne is a better player with him in front of him as he knows Bernard will put in the hard yards defensively as well.

I fancy a goal coming in the next game or so, that will help him relax further.

I thought he would be a bit of a luxury player when he first signed, but he defo puts a shift in.

His pressing and chasing is amazing. I think we need another couple doing the same thing. I think dcl needs to do that type of chasing and closing down too

Makes such a massive difference having two technically complete players on one side.
They don’t have to worry about taking that extra touch to control the ball ect.

Straight to feet and their either away or it’s a first time pass, giving defenders less time to get back and set up. It’s little wonder the majority of our goals come from the left hand side.

I think he signed a four year contract on very good wages, having come on a free transfer, being out of contract with his Russian club.
