I agree we definitely need stability mate... however that stability has to be stability of progression and competitiveness.

No point settling for stability if its regression as that soon becomes unstable as we saw in Martinez's 3rd season.

Our problem is Moshiri has appointed flavour of the month mid table managers and has failed to undertake a proper recruitment policy.

Brands should have been tasked with scouring Europe for a new manager not tapping up a bloke who had a decent few games at Watford.

The ownership and recruitment policy is preventing any kind of stability at present.

I agree we need to stop going for flavours of the month, but we also need to stop going for mangers who have managed in this League. The next appointment needs to come from another country (but a good one obviously).

The annoying thing is that, just a few years ago, we were a better side than Spurs. We were on a similar level, but we finished higher more often than not
About 7 years ago, Villa had their noses in front of us. We have our Poch in Silva now, let's see how it goes- it's a long term thing unfortunately. Do we have the nerve to last the course?

Big test today and he had no answers, should of been changing things at half time, instead he was forced into bringing schneirfraud on, then at 6-2 in the 75th minute brought Bernard on, the system/tactics/players wernt working and he didn't change anything, half time bringing on a bit of pace like Lookman or another striker might of stemmed the embarrassment
