How can people seriously claim this is acceptable and/or be a season of transition after spending £85 million on 4 players and having another 2 players worth £50-60 million on loan.

Its baffling how he hasn't been chased out of GP yet.

Come on, we've played the top 3 in the last 5 games.

Silva and Brands are building a top side given a time and a few more transfer windows.

I am with you on that. I support Silva and want to see him operate at least 3 windows. I am saying that 6-2 at home is a big blow and may be difficult to get over for manager and players which could (hopefully not) lead to a rut. If it does happen and Silva cannot get out of it then Brands and Moshiri will be keeping a close eye on him.

I'm normally the first person to call for the manager's head when things aren't going well, but today was a total aberration. We've actually played well in recent weeks. Even at Anfield we were worth at least a draw. Let's not have a kopite-esque meltdown because of one bad performance.

Went wrong once Pickford made that error.

To be perfectly honest, that was the most embarrassing display since we got absolutely reamed in the Europa League under Martinez. It’s a shameful display that was, frankly, unprofessional.

The fact the manager was chucking on attacking players when we were getting absolutely thrashed was naive and stupid.
