This is bang on. I know there’s rivalry there and all that, but I truly don’t understand the level of fume at the prospect of them winning something.

Don’t get me wrong, if they pipped US to the league, I’d obviously be fuming, but chance would be a fine thing...

Both of my brothers, my best mate and even my eldest lad are reds, so at least I’ll get to bask in their glow for a bit.
I think it's ok to be a bit annoyed though. I mean even yesterday at 1-0 Wolves probably should have had a penalty and it was missed. The crap that they had against us, that ridiculous decision vs Fulham where not only did Fulham wrongly have a goal taken off but the RS scored during the celebration when they couldn't create anything. It does get old when the break goes to your rival every single time. Hell even in the CL they should have been on ten men for 70 minutes and weren't. Even if they win that their best defender misses the entire Round of 16. But no that went their way too.

No but Breed A realises WHY we have fallen into mediocrity and wants better than it.

I see positivity and I'll comment on it, the Brands appointment was a positive as he seems a proper DOF who knows his onions. BMD is a fantastic project (although the 52k is very poor and a lack of ambition considering we are supposedly trying to become part of the top 6 over the next couple of years).

But the fans have let the ownership get away with murder for years and anyone who speaks out is deluded for wanting better.

Kenwright got away with murder for years.

Moshiri has appointed mid table managers and made admissions such as "expected losses" I mean would Arsenal or Liverpool fans etc. Accept that sort of thinking from the very top of their club?

Come the end of today clubs like Wolves, Watford and Leicester will be above us in the table despite spending vastly less on players? I mean wtf they have all been in the fizzy pop league in recent seasons.

Wheres the accountability? Why must we kiss the managers ass when he is underperforming and lacks the success in the top leagues to assume he can turn things around?)

If we had the same money as Arsenal and Liverpool to spend then I would be livid. Liverpool and Arsenal have more spending power and can basically buy many players we cannot. We are in a situation where we have to buy mainly unproven players and hope they turn into gems. We have to do a spurs and it will take a bit of time which is something Silva hasn't had yet.

Still a long way to go, many twists and turns left. They look unbeatable at the moment but surely they’ll hit a bad patch at some point.
