So what is the solution in your world?

I mean none of us are happy with how its going, just cos we arent stamping our feet and calling every player rubbish, the owner a fraud, it doesnt mean we are happy, the only thing that makes me happy is an Everton win.

So im asking you, what is the solution?

I see things clear and simple, my stance is this, Everton are a nothing club, in modern football we are as relevant as Notts Forest, Sheff Wednesday, we as fans can demand what we like, in football you generally get what you deserve and over the last 25 years we have won everything we deserved to win.

But thats the past, for me the future seems brighter, we have an owner willing to spend money, sure hes made mistakes, wasting money on football clubs is new to him, hes spent his whole life making money, not wasting it on people like Yannick freaking Bolaise. We now have somebody buying players who seems like he knows what hes doing. We have a bright young manager, who gets his team playing attractive football, its not yet attractive winning football and im hopeful that a few more gems from Marcel the God will help bridge the gap, the gap for the record has never been bigger.

So they are my thoughts, clear and concise, I will take you off ignore for 10minutes, convince me that your viewpoint is worth reading, give me something more than WE SHOULD HAVE GOT PELLEGRINI LAD.

My question is simple, what is the solution?

Essentially go through a proper recruitment process and hire a manager who's got a history of actually winning trophies in competitive leagues who also has the right attitude to take the club forward.

Moshiri appointed an ego maniac in Koeman off the back of 2 decent seasons at Sourhampton who only ever cared about the £££

He then hired Silva off the back of 8 games for Watford- we never even looked at other potential appointments.

If Southampton and West Ham can appoint managers like Hussenhutti and Pellegrini then surely if we really wanted to we could attract a higher calibre of manager.

I hope Silva works out as I like his style however if you were doing a mid term managerial performance evaluation (which any company worth its salt does) you would argue with the resources given he's currently underperforming in comparison to its competitors.

Obviously he needs a centre forward before we can fully judge which is why talk of sacking him now is silly, however if we bring a good centre forward in Janaury and we finish the season lower than 7th and still not getting wins against the sides around us never mind the top 6 - I would want us to look elswhere.

So you would only give him 1 season?

Christ, thank God United didnt have such shortsighted thinking with SAF, thank God Everton the same with Kendall.

He needs more than 1 season, just like Pellegrini and Hosusususuusnetil need more than 1 month, the fact is that we swerved both these managers to hire Silva, history will judge the decision.

Lets see how it works out in 2 or 3 seasons, if we have a good squad and are still underperforming then maybe we can consider our options, but they wont be serial losers like Pellegrini or Housisisnetil.

You are utterly deranged

I like AVB Frank, I was actually ok with going for him in the Summer, but you cant demand we appoint a serial winner and then pick AVB, these 2 things arent the same.
Ancelotti was jobless at the time.

We are far too small time for him tho.

That's why we have to plump for a Greek league winner, which is rated below the Scottish and Welsh leagues.

You do realise that after managing in the prestigious Chinese Takeaway League, he`s no longer in footy Frank, but ragging cars around deserts very badly ?
Yes allardyce was retired too but we got him.

AVB was considering the Fulham job just now. Jus sayin
