I see many reverse jinxing here, haha
This is the problem though. More than most teams, when these are playing lights out they could easily score 3 in a 30 minute span. They really aren’t too good at the moment. They have had some decent results but not through playing well. They tend to have a good 30 min spell against teams where they manage to get a few goals but their results have flattered them.
Recently they have played Watford who have started their usual decline after a good start, Fulham who aren’t good, Cardiff who are bottom of table and who just rolled over for them. But against any half decent teams the results have been close and only winning by one like Leicester or brighton.
They are grinding out results and Fulham and Watford should have both been ahead if not for some refereeing decisions.
They also have to play PSG tonight and are noway secure of qualifying for the knockout stages so will need to field a strong team. We have a really good opportunity this weekend to take it to them and use their high fast press against them as they won’t be able to maintain it.
I'd love Michael Oliver for one. Far and away the best referee in the PremI would have prefered a referee with more experience, sure he is not Jon Moss but he could easily crumbe under the pressure coming from RS dominated stands. Tough.
Michael Oliver or Anthony Taylor would be much better. But oh well.
Stuff the past. We have a team on the up. They have a great team but Klopp cant win anything and the fatigue excuse is ready. Kill them!!!I wouldn't mind a draw now it's a good result, but im talking in general, someone posted a stat saying weve drawn so many derbies out of so many, but we haven't won once since 2010 is it? so we can't be happy taking draws every other derby for 8 years but not winning a single one
also saying I'd take a draw isn't the same as being made up with one
