Everton were pretty poor. Richarlison is no striker, has no presence. Coleman is finished, Walcott is very wasteful.

We wasted our best chances by hitting them straight at De Gea in the first half.

If it wasn't for the pen decision in the first half and better decision making, we'd have gone in 1-2 up and those saves wouldn't have happened, swings and roundabouts

...has to be Pickford, he was terrific but Zouma and Gomes deserve a mention. I like what I see in Gomes but it doesn’t surprise me in the least.

Bernard was poor but generally the attitude and ability of the newcomers is very encouraging.
