As I said on twitter stick in Mina and Gomes and you have a very tasty young team. Someone rightly said Coleman for Kenny too. Then lads like Davies, Kenny, Lookman, DCL hopefully chomping at the bit, improving in training everyday and putting pressure on.

I was thinking Andre Gomes and ended up with Andre Silva.. who is a striker!

But as long as that team is around him I reckon Marco would do a job anyway

Look what happens when you play your best players. Replace Kenny, Davies and Keane with Coleman, Gomes and Mina and hopefully we can secure 7th

I love what he did with the lineup regardless of the result. He has shown that he is flexible at the very least.

our football has improved out of all recognition since Silva came in. He needs time and patience

Good performance and result and I hate to be negative but I'm lost at how many corners we've had recently and not scored from any. We had 10 today, 6 vs Southampton, 12 vs Fulham and 9 vs Arsenal. 37 corners in the last 4 matches and not scored from any of them. I think the true statistic is even worse but thats just from the games I can remember off the top of my head. Just seems like real wasted opportunities. Leicester's goal today even came from one of our corners.

Mate just luxuriate in the fact we are getting regular corners...not that long ago we didnt have a shot in 3 /4 games ....

At 1-1 the way he too off a holding midfielder and threw on a forward is exactly what I want to see from an Everton manager, he went all in for the win.

It worked because they were down to 10. It's a good option to have.

We don't need to be starting games like that, imo. It's like putting all your eggs in one basket.

When they were down to 10, we didn't need Davies. But before that Morgan foul they were by far the better side. Worth remembering that, even though overall I think we shaded it.

Gomes to come into that side that started today would be excellent.

I don't see any reason why we can't start that sort of line up at home against teams that park the bus.

Winning away to Leicester is a good result no matter the circumstances.
We have played well in All 4 away games which makes a change too
