It has all the makings of another crap season.Out of the league cup early yet again.11th in the table. We can barely win an away match.Of course we probably will finish 7th or 8th but meh.Im not expecting much in the short term at all.But we do need to give Silva, a fair chance at sorting this basket case of a club out imo.

I honestly think there’s balloon heads out there who’d rather he failed so they can be proved ‘right’ on the internet.

You know the fellas....the ones who wrote him off before he even got the job.

You are spot on you know and I do indeed know the fellas.

I didn’t want him as manager, still don’t get the hype, but I hope he’s bloody brilliant for us still.

Everyone supports him and are behind him, becuase he is Everton manager, but this dosent mean people have to be blind to his mistakes and limitations

There are a small number of folk who would like him to be sacked so they can lecture everyone else about how right they were about him being crap.

Just like there were people last week who seemed happy Siguurdson missed a penalty because they don't rate him.

I'm frustrated with his complete cock up with the team on Tuesday but I hope he's here for the long haul.

Your right about Siggy, same goes for Pickford, everytime we let one in some whopper moans as if its his fault because they dont like him or the price tags. As for Marco, i just hope he shows us he is the right man for the long haul, if the results are there then its all good, but any more amature team selections like Tuesday and a run of bad results with no sign he can turn it around, and the fans will understandably be against him

Watched his presser, he seemed like he is devastated about Cup loss but why the hell would you make 7 changes if it meant that much for you (and it should) hard to get this guy

Being honest mate....I’m genuinely not that arsed about the results right now.

The performance is far more important for me. I want to see us go to the sky 6 trying to win, playing positive, expansive, attacking football and giving it a go.

We may lose games along the way but if we keep playing like we did at Arsenal whilst adding a few more quality players such as Bernard, Mina and Gomez along with a bit of fine tuning then we’ll be very competitive.

I’d rather lose playing in that manner right now than gain a point like we did at Anfield last year. Humiliating ourselves in the process by making no effort to win the game at all and basically seeing it out through good luck.

Read his comments about Gana which kinda confirms he's wanting him to link defence and attack and why you see him more involved in an attacking sense.

I like him but that shouldn't be his job imo.

100%

I'm basing my stance on the form he has shown here.

No, he isn't, but what has he done with the two other Premier League clubs that means he'll come good here?

It's not like Poch at Southampton, who you could see shown promise. This fella has done nothing at all. We haven't even had a new manager bounce.

according to some hewill be given this year whatever our form, even if were 17th come march.

absolutely not.
