Even you have to admit it's been a poor start with the points we have and who we have played against.

And if it's been a poor start, why can't we at least look at what is being offered up? Sacking this early is even daft to think about but, like it or not, Silva is the manager. His remit is on wins and points. Of which we have been pretty dire with this season SO FAR.

It has been a poor start points wise. We all wanted/thought we'd have at least 9.

But the signs in the first three games were very positive. Our attacking play is much better overall. We look weak defensively but we did last season, under Koeman and Allardyce.

This is largely the same side that were so poor last year. We've got new players still working their way into the side and a new manager trying to implement his ideas.

Hate to say this but Klopp took ages to get the Sh&£3 playing the way they are now, I remember watching them on the tv he was shouting and screaming at the players to press, they were all standing off the other team and got beat 3-0.

So Silva at the moment is working with Ron and Sam’s team, he needs at least another 2 transfer windows to get who he wants

9? Should have 15.

9? Should have 15.

But I think we all knew 15/15 wouldn't really be done didn't we?

We all expected at least 9-12 I'd say. Anyway, we haven't got them, but there have been positive signs. We need to get these new players in the side and start to see where Silva wants to go with it. Sunday was diabolical and we've made it much harder than it needed to be.

End of the day, there really isn't much separating us from the Wolves/West Hams. That's what needs to change over the course of the season.

Moyes has basically hinted he has unfinished business here.
I would take him back in a heartbeat.

He has his experiences around Europe now, he will also get a transfer budget that he always wanted.

Look at the league finishes when Moyes was here and since he left.

Under Koeman
2017-7th

under Allardyce
2018-8th

How many times did we say "if moyes had a billionaire owner, we would be going for the title", he lacked quality players because they cost too much, but in terms of grit and determination and getting the best out of players he was better then anyone, the crowds have been flat aswell since he left.
If marco silva continues this poor run of form, he is worth considering.
