People living around both grounds make money aswell.
I know plenty of people who rent parking spaces on people's drives who live near the stadium for around £100 a season.

Bee Pees ; sorry.Thought you'd get the Bee Gees reference Summer!
with the competition from manchester 30 miles away plus bmd on the horizon, how many of these so called big shows would analfield expect to get in the limited 3 month summer window!
Lots of presumptions here though. There's still no guarantee the ground will be built. There's certainly been no progress in a year. We've gone from Dan Meis being engaged and drawing up plans to it all going quiet because there's no funding in for it yet.
If it ever gets built then it might be the preferred destination - but at the moment it seems a long shot.
Feel free to remove as its RS related.
But thought it worthwhile posting - the longer we 'standstill' the more difficult it will be to catch-up
Admittedly a ground on the docks should be the good to place for events, but if you've got your foot in the door early like the RS, you become established.
