I have a feeling the team success (or lack of it) is dependant on gomes.
He gets fit soon, we potentially have a top class midfielder to push the 2 DM access out. With genuine better players in front of him also, that could be the difference between a great season and a average one again.
However he struggles and we leave ourselves with the usual suspects then Silva is going to struggle. I genuinely want to see what Silva's team can do rather than watch koeman / allardyce team continue to play badly.
