Serious lack of planning from Spurs, screwed themselves and the fans over big time. Look at the likes of City and Wet Spam who had ready built stadia to move into and Arsenal, Leicester, Derby, Sunderland, Juventus, Bayern, Atletico etc who had their stadiums built during their final season at their previous homes. They've had 16 months now to get this stadium in place, sold season tickets for the new ground, announced plans to host American Football etc, they should have really just said from the get go that they were going to lease Wembley for 2 years and move in to the new ground in August 2019

If they do the the points deduction will be automatic
Their points lead over the RS plus 10 points deductions
The FA will state that rather then let the points go to waste they will award the deducted points to the RS
